3N, I wanted to post this up on fb but some of y'all don't have one and it's quite hard for me to say everything out verbally in class cos sometimes i don't get all of your attention, so please kindly take some time to read this :)Firstly, I'm really proud of our class cheer! ahahhah y'all added the last part with the swaying trees and ferny which was really cool :D and the throwing of leaves idea was brilliant! i was wondering where the leaves came from suddenly, miraculously :O so good job for campfire night! although yall weren't that prepared for campfire night's performance, but maybe it's a time management thing, if there's more time given next time i'm sure 3n can do a much better job.
However, it's the attitude that's more important. I can see and tell that you guys were kinda dead and unhigh during the whole of oac, or maybe more of during campfire night? what happened! I know some people tried cheering the whole class up and attempting to be high, but it's not just that few people's effort to be enthusiastic, it's the WHOLE class. although a group of people's enthusiasm can affect the rest, and spread the 'highness', but the class as a whole should also at least try to participate more.
before oac even started, YALL SAID THAT 3N IS THE BEST RIGHT! WE'RE THE COOLEST CLASS COS WE'RE THE ONE AND ONLY LIT CLASS AND ALWAYS SO RESPONSIVE AND ENERGETIC, but please don't give up :( I can see the potential in our class and we CAN be bonded! there's still a long way to go for us, we have the london trip and we'll sit for o levels as a class too. Believe in 3n, don't lose hope. If everyone is engaged in class stuff, im sure we can beat any other sec3 class.
But for the noticeboard, only a handful of people stayed back to help out when every single one of 3n should participate actively in. And the big picture project, not everyone was involved either. and i don't want the same thing to happen. I know i might not be the best monitress, but there's only this much i can do. i can't possibly give everyone a role of what to do so i'll really appreciate it if you guys take up more initiative as a class.
It's the whole class' decision. DO Y'ALL WANT THE BEST CLASS AWARD? ARE YOU WILLING TO SACRIFICE AND GIVE YOUR BEST FOR 3N. Honestly, who has been tapping out every day? you know that it contributes to the best class award right! And if only one person taps out EVERY SINGLE DAY, do you think we'll win? no. cos it's once again, everybody's effort to improve and win it. please please don't forget to tap out, it's for your own safety too. I'M SURE Y'ALL WANT 3N TO BE THE BEST! WE'RE THE COOLEST LIT CLASS HOW CAN WE LOSE FACE TO THE REST? and alot of the others were quite shocked of how dead yall were during campfire night. others have such high expectations of us, how can we disappoint them? don't y'all wanna prove them wrong, that we still are good and bonded?!
and i know that y'all listen to my announcements during class, but try to pay more attention so i don't have to keep repeating myself ok :)
the point of this post is really not to scold all of you and put yall down. it's just because i care about 3n and i know that things would turn out better. The last thing i want is to have conflicts within the class and distinctive cliques to form. let's all help one another and bond more. I'm just trying to get everyone together. these thoughts have been in my mind for quite some time so i think i should take action as soon as possible! of course i would love to say it to the class face-to-face but y'know, afraid that not all of you would listen so BY POSTING THIS ALL OF YOU WOULD READ RIGHT??
If you want 3N to be the best, then the action starts from you, each and every one. I know that 3n can be REALLYYYY ENTHU AND RESPONSIVE AT TIMES :-D keep up the good work and WE CAN BE THE BEST! there's still time, the best class award would be at the end of the year. there's still alot of challenges that we would face as a class.

LASTLY, I hope all of you truly enjoyed OAC although not all of us were there, but glad yall like father abraham! :D we shall sing that during our jogging sessions k heheh.

P.S. PLEASE DO ALL YOUR CLASSROOM DUTIES!!! DO YOU KNOW THAT OUR CLASSROOM IS FILTHILY DIRTY. i found lots of ants, not the small kind, the one with long legs ._. no, not spiders. of the floor near sweet wrappers. if you wanna eat sweets, at least throw the wrappers away! tut tut. The smallest step to take is just by doing little things like cleaning the classroom. The environment we're in affects the mood and attitude we have. (i think)
