In case any of you are still visiting the blog (I hope you do) :D think of ideas for the Emerge competition and on Tuesday or Wednesday we are going to discuss it seriously.
I know some of you think that this is just another competition, no big deal... but IT'S NOT! It's another chance for our class to bond by working with one another and also creating something that we can be proud of. We have an edge over other classes: we have creativity. we are spontaneous. we have people who are willing to work for the class. we are 3N. So let's work together and try to win this okay? I know we can :))
Oh and here's the available 'roles' you can take in the drama production.
1. Script Devising Committee - The most fun. But the most tiring. Out of all the ideas we are going to throw up, these people have to create the script and type it out. You have to create three-dimensional characters and have to create good dialogue. At least 3 members. Two I/Cs, at least one other member.
2. Performance SubCommittee - Director and Assistant Director. And performers. If you like performing and directing... you should join. :* 10 performers.
3. Logistics SubCommittee
- Stage Manager -> One of most important people in drama. You have to take note of every single position the actor is supposed to stand, visual and sound cues, and you have to prompt when lines are forgotten. Make sure everyone backstage is ready. Need assistant.
- Lighting and Sound I/C. Control sound and as for lights... I don't think we really need one. :S
- Props and Costume Manager. You have to come up with props and costumes for the performance. Need assistant.
- Stage Crew. To help carry props in and out of the stage area. At least 3.
4. Design Committee - help design posters to promote our performance. 2 I/Cs, three members.
5. Publicity Committee - Help to promote our performance online. Will be helping to record our performance and uploading everything onto Facebook. ICT Manager, Assistant, three members.
If you would like to help out... step forward on Tuesday or Wednesday...! ^^
